1. What documents do I need to use dispatch services?
Certificate of MC authority SSN or Verified EIN from IRS Certificate of Insurance Signed Dispatch – Carrier Agreement Online Identity Verifications UIIA, TWIC & SCAC – For Drayage Only Driving License Front & Back.
2. How can I get onboard for independent dispatch services?
Collect all the required documents and send them to Fleet Support Signed the Dispatch-Carrier agreements Get the Identity Verification Done.
3. How I will be charged for the services?
Dispatch Services can be charged on a percentage basis per the agreement Signed by the Carrier and Dispatcher as per agreed terms and Conditions. We accept bi-weekly (15th of the month) and monthly payments (1st of the month).
4. How will I get paid for my services?
Once the Load gets completed, the dispatcher will collect the paperwork from the driver and hand it over to the accounting team. The accounts team will invoice and submit to the broker along with paperwork and rate confirmations. The customer will make payment directly into the Carrier’s bank accounts on the invoice’s due date.
5. What will happen if I am unable to cover the load?
Carrier Can Cancel or reschedule the load as we do not allow force dispatch. All the loads are being booked with driver consent only.
6. Do you accept new MC?
Yes, we do provide Dispatch Services to New MC Operators. With Brand New Operating Authorization, we have relocated several trucks. The carrier requires the cargo! We require Trucks.
